ProgramBL - COM interface wizard

Known limitations / bugs:

• Can't deal with variable arguments in functions.
• Still can't convert BSTR and VARIANT_BOOL data types when passed by reference.
• Still can't handle events exposed from COM objects.
• Help file is not compleate yet!
